The Level 3 Award In Education and Training has replaced both the level 3 and level 4 Preparing To Teach In The Lifelong Sector (PTLLS) awards. The course is an introduction to teaching. It will be the introductory minimum threshold level requirement for anybody wanting to work as a teacher or trainer in the lifelong sector (the post compulsory education period). Upon successful completion of the qualification you will be able to satisfy the minimum legal requirement and will be able to teach/train one-to-one or in groups people in your industry leading to private or government funded recognised qualifications.

- Unit 1 Understanding Roles, Responsibilities and Relationships in Education and Training (3 credits)
- Unit 2 Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in Education and Training (6 credits)
